While in Chicago dealing with family issues, we needed to find a local realtor to sell a house. Being from out of town, we looked for someone we could trust to handle all the issues that could arise when selling a house from out of state. The Corona Realty Group was a perfect fit. Alex and Jamie are thoughtful professionals, near to the location of the house and easy to communicate with. When you walk into the Blue Island office, you're greeted with a smile and hello, how can we help you?, would you like something to drink?, make yourself comfortable until someone can meet with you. This is truly a reflection of Alex and Jamie's personalities and business practices. They have gone far and above (renting dumpsters, handling access to the home outside normal showings, advising us on Illinois requirements, making charitable donations from items left in the house due to time constraints) to help us sell the home.

Whenever we wanted to see a home, the Corona Realty team would ensure we seen the home that day. Alex was even crawling in a crawl space for us in his suit!nnThey are also up to date on the latest technology and have various ways for you to view a home. The team is very knowledgeable on the home buying process and various loan types ( VA, FHA, Conventional). Jaime and Alex are awesome. I knew from the start that selling my home in Blue Island was going to be difficult. I live in a different state and the home had some special circumstances . Jaime did everything for me and I never once had to go to Illinois. Not even for the closing. Jaime is now my buddy forever. Thank you Jaime, Alex,Priscilla and everyone at Corona.

My super agent Jaime Birks and her partner Alex Corona sold our town house essentially one day after it was in the market for the full asking price! They have excellent photography, drone and 360 video available to help do the same for your home sale. They were also very attentive and patient in helping us find our new home.
