Peggy has been a huge part of my family in terms of real-estate. She has been the one we go to for all of our home-buying and home interest needs! She is professional, prompt, and very knowledgable about what to expect when going in on an offer, and during the long waiting time when in the process of securing the home. She has a good handle on builders and the quality of homes that you look at, and is just so pleasant to work with! My home buying process went fairly smooth, and she made sure to keep up to date on everything that was happening. She is the best!

Peggy was the listing agent on the home we purchased. She had a lockbox on the home and it did not work, which she had let the sellers know it “sticks sometimes” and our buyers agent that it’s really hard to open. Well it has never un-stuck. She refuses to get it off of our door and we closed 7 weeks ago. Her sign was left in the yard for weeks in end and when someone else from her office came and picked it up and we reminded her about the lockbox, her response? Peggy says it’s the buyers agents responsibility. When she was informed it was not, she continued and said that Peggy says you’ll just have to get someone to cut it off or something. The owner/broker was contacted as well about this, she let me know she would tell Peggy. That’s been about 3 weeks. Peggy is unprofessional and just doesn’t care. We want it off our door, and she is literally refusing to take off something she knew from the get go didn’t work properly.

It was last year we were looking to sell our house, and we were referred to Peggy. She was perfect. She was professional but personable and understanding . She knew what could help sell our home, but also did what we wanted. It was a great partnership and we had our home sold in days!. A long overdue but deserved thank you to Peggy!
