I have been training with Joe S. for almost a year now and he has pushed me in ways I did not think was possible. He’s a great trainer and someone who relates to you a lot ! He is someone I recommend to anyone who is thinking of taking on personal training. I’ve done many things that I did not think I could do with Joe’s persistence and help. All around great trainer.
I have been an Anytime member for a long time and with this pandemic I’m still confident that this is the best place to workout and maintain good health. The gym is so clean, the owners are requesting everyone keeps their mouth and nose covered even while working out and they are consistently cleaning. I can continue to count on this gym to be my safe haven during these uncertain times. ud83dudc9c

Would highly recommend this gym to anyone visiting.
I was in town for a few days so I called and got a guest pass. They followed through with the pricing I was told on the phone, everyone was extremely nice and welcoming. They had lots of equipment options and everything was well maintained!
