Amanda my trainer is INCREDIBLE and so are the rest of the trainers. Their workout programs are tailored to your individual needs and abilities. When you walk into Rise Above Fitness you are family! I have been a member of many gyms over the years, Rise Above isn't just a gym. It feels like home! If you want results physically and emotionally you need to come and check this place out. You will not be disappointed!!!
Dan and Paul explain every exercise for features and benefits before beginning the training. They are very patient and have good communication skills. I would highly recommend their services.

These trainers are the best! They have helped me overcome serious back issues and reach my goals! Every work out is designed specifically for you and they actually listen to you and design workouts that you WANT to do. I drive 30 minutes to get to them because they are just that good! Paul and Dan seriously know their stuff AND want each of their clients to be healthy, both mentally and physically, and do whatever they can to help them. Five stars all the way!
Visited this club while on a business trip. Great location, friendly staff and very clean bathrooms. Highly recommend.
