Great cuing by instructors! Variety of classes with plenty of times to go. Restorative classes often & late, so I can go home & relax or sleep! Thanks for this convenient location.
Amazing instructors. I've attended a variety of classes with Gina, Maritza, and Susan....all are knowledgeable and encouraging. I love the many different options and times available. Great atmosphere and location.
I'm a beginner with yoga, and I went to instructor Maritza Chavez and she is AMAZING. I have went twice so far due to my schedule, but when I leave her class, i feel amazing to say the least, shes very welcoming and actually assist with your needs, and take her time with each pose.!!!
I love this place...the instructors are encouraging and helpful...my practice is always amazing...they are all about no judgement for yourself and others..I highly recommend them.
I’m so happy to have a yoga studio close to home! Bill’s classes are informative and fun. He kept me working hard, at the level my body could handle. After attending a free grand opening class, I committed to a package of classes! The restorative class was perfect for getting back into practice and relaxing before bed. Great vibes and atmosphere!
