The food is delicious and you get a lot for a fair price I love the sesame chicken with white rice and sugar biscuits with no sugar is my go to!

The classes are structured so everyone gets the attention to maximize the workouts. The gym has the best coaches who provide the guidance, experience, and motivation to attain my fitness goals.

I was really fascinated with this place. Staffs were friendly and was easy to approach. Machines were working well and was always clean. A perfect place to have some work out.
