Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Nick came to route my sewer today. He was fantastic friendly determined & just all around fantastic. He got my lines to drain unfortunately I have serious root issues but he went beyond in trying to get it taken care of. He alone is worth a 5 star ratingnThank you Nick!!

We had 70 year old galvanized steel hot water lines removed and replaced after watching a slow drip speed up over that past few months.nnThe plumbers were scheduled and arrived less than a day after contacted! The plumbers were informative and respectful and explained their proposal and estimate patiently and thoroughly with contingencies in price as we weren't sure how much old pipe remained and needed to be replaced. The work was relatively involved, but seems to be holding pressure without leaks! The price was not cheap, but seemed to be on the upper end of fair for the materials, and labor.nnThe only negatives were that the ceiling holes were large and there were a few exploratory holes cut that were in the wrong place. Two in the bathroom did not provide access to the work and most initial cuts started on the wrong side of the floor joists. Without a camera to look along the pipe, I can see how this is a possibility in any job like ours, but we would have preferred a bit more care in hole selection and size. Cleanup by the plumbers was also minimal. Drywall dust and rusty drips were left throughout the room and minimally splashed on the walls, couch, and TV. They used tarps and buckets, but seemed to have wanted more at their disposal.nnOverall, I am pleased with the response time, communication, plumbing repair, price, and experience with those specific concerns only lowering the rating by one star. I would hire and request these plumbers again!

Very nice man arrived on time to preform work requested. He was knowledgable..fast..efficient..professional and helpful in suggestions on how to keep things working properly. Price was exactly as estimate stated and he did not try to add more work to increase the bill. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of plumbing service. 5 star quality.

Being a Holiday, we weren't sure how we could get our emergency plumbing needs met. We dialed the number and was greeted with a gentle and reassuring tone. Within minutes another representative called to target our need, committing to a 45 minute window of service representative arriving. In half that time Service Rep. Patricio [#2029] arrived, professionally and expertly assessed the issues that ended up being the outside sewer blockage. He handled the situation in a very clean and efficient manner, reassuring his work and recommended the company's continued services as this would be a needed treatment periodically because of the large tree in the front yard. And almost as quickly as he appeared...he was on his way. A true blessing on this cold and challenging day.
