Brightmore Physical Therapy

I highly recommend Brightmore Physical Therapy. Toni is courteous and helpful. Bill and Chris have provided comprehensive physical therapy for both of my daughters following sports related injuries. They are professional and friendly, and I appreciate their efforts to help their patients achieve their goals. We are repeat customers which speaks volumes!

Brightmore PT is an AWESOME place to have your PT done. Chris and Bill are the 2 therapist there are do an awesome job of getting you back healthy again. They are very compassionate and have your best interest at heart.nI have had therapy there for knee scopes, dislocated shoulder and currently have PT for double total knee replacements...They are getting me back to a healthy life again...I strongly recommend BRIGHTMORE PHYSICAL THERAPY. HANDS DOWN they are the BEST....

Brightmore PT comes highly recommended as the environment is friendly and the staff is extremely educated. There is a sense of community that makes people look forward to their appointments, and talented staff that provides the results that are sought after by patients and physicians. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I have been a patient for over 15 years and have always chosen to revisit the Bill, Toni & Chris in Frankfort!

Bill, Chris and Toni are AMAZING! I have recommended them several times to friends, co-workers (etc) for physical therapy and will continue to do so.nnThe details:nI, most recently, came to Brightmore because I was having massive headaches every night. The pain was so terrible - I couldn't sleep and was afraid to lie down (because lying down would instantly bring on the headache). I went to my doctor who wanted to give me pain meds but I knew it was a problem with my neck and demanded a script for physical therapy.nnTurns out - I was right! Bill did an assessment on my neck and turns out a joint was stuck! Bill adjusted (not sure if that's the right term) my neck which temporarily hurt a lot but the headaches VANISHED. I did come in for about 1.5 months afterwards to build up the supporting muscles but left pain free. OMG. So worth it.nnThe people:nBill - is super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I believe that he will give you a REAL assessment regarding if physical therapy will help address your issue; he gives you a comprehensive plan of treatment. He also does a good job overseeing the practice - there are often multiple people working on their exercises but he always watches everybody to make sure they are in good form and nobody is waiting for instructions/exercises/etc. (other physical therapy places you stand around waiting a lot)nnChris - is super patient, cheerful/friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me with my back/posture exercises and made sure that my form was always good. He always explained the purpose of the exercises and the end goal; he always stayed patient even when helping multiple patients at a time.nnToni - is super friendly, cheerful and helpful. She worked with me to schedule my appointments and looked into my insurance for me to explain the details of my deductible, coverage, etc.nnA plus: you can tell these guys have been working together a long time and they have the process smooth as can be. They clearly all get along and it shows. It was well worth coming here for physical therapy - and if I ever need more treatment for any reason - I would not hesitate to come back!
