It's been awhile since we purchased a mattress and there has obviously been many new mattresses that have come out that we knew nothing about. We were greeted upon arrival to the store and were allowed to look around before being approached. The salesman was very polite and informative about all his products and gave us plenty of time to make up our minds on what we wanted. We had a very pleasant experience during this shopping trip and had all our questions answered thoroughly. Would highly recommend this mattress firm location to all my friends and family.

Went into the mattress firm located at 691 Brook forest ave in shorewood Illinois and I cannot say enough how incredibly helpful Adam was! I personally haven’t purchased a new mattress in a long time and he was so informative and patient with me finding the right comfort mattress.Their was no pressure at all and he definitely knew his product knowledge! I was able to get delivery right away with no wait so I can’t wait for my mattress to arrive tomorrow! I will definitely send my friends and family here with how great the service was!
