We came into the location 3 min before close. Ms Burr was AMAZING!! She did not rush us through and really took the time to explain all the feature and options to choose from.we walked out with the perfect bed for us and more than we would have settled with without the knowledge. Thank you for employing such a thoughtful , knowledgeable and patient person!!
My experience was great for a first time visitor. I needed a mattress for a sitting room/guest room. Nothing to expensive yet nothing cheap. The selection available was great and Paul was an EXCELLENT sales associate. He made the transaction easy and didn't over sale me.
This was our first visit to Mattress Firm in Joliet North. The store was clean and the mattresses were neatly displayed. We were very impressed with our sales associate, Benjamin. He took so much time explaining the different mattresses and he patiently answered all our questions. He was not pushy but helped us to purchase a mattress set within our budget. All in all a very enjoyable shopping experience and we will definitely recommend Mattress Firm to others.
My sales person Helen was excellent in showing me and my wife the difference between all the different type of mattresses, hybrid, pillow top, and memory foam. She really know her stuff. Great experience. Would recommend this mattress firm to friends.
We had a great mattress shopping experience, Paul was kind, very informative and was not pushy or rude. I had been trying for the last 6 months to get my boyfriend into a store to try outna mattress or 2 and today was a success!! Thank you all very much and sweet dreams!!
