Daniel was so helpful and he took his time explaining everything to us. He is a salesman you want to deal with when you are ready to purchase something! He made our choices easier and did not rush us and he was not pushy to make a sale! I have bought furniture at Ashley Home Store in Joliet previously and so has some family members and they are all content with their purchases. Will definitely go there again in the future!

We had a great experience with customer service at this store. The employees were helpful and gave us space to walk around without feeling like they were following us around. We are happy with our purchases and will be back!

Everything went smoothly Donna worked with me to be able to purchase the could and recliner i wanted. Went in on Saturday looked around and got the measurements so i could go home and see how it will fit in my home. Donna had suggested to take pictures with my phone which worked out great for me to remember the measurements. Went back on Sunday and purchased my stuff. Excited for delivery.

The staff was very helpful and polite. They let you look around with very little interference unless they think you're looking for something in particular. Great furniture as well. Will definitely shop here again.
