My experience was great from start to finish! Diana helped me by emailing all the requested info when I did not want to go in with my kids but had questions. Once I was in store, it was easy & seamless to make my purchase. Delivery was also quick! We got our furniture in less than 2 weeks! They arrived, got our pieces in without bumping into any walls, installed & were out. Oh and everyone wore a mask & kept their distance every step of the way.
Michael was very helpful. Told us thing about furniture we didnt even think of. If we had any questions he was more then willing to help and very knowledgeable. Definitely will buy from Michael again.
**update, over two weeks out from purchase and still no call for pick up! We had to go online to find out this information, because no one answered when we called either!nnMike was AWESOME! Super friendly & funny! No pressure, to buy, presented options for what we were looking at, color choices! Great, quick experience!
I was very pleased how the manager took care of us! Nick has great customer service! Nick made us feel welcomed and as if we were the only customers in the store.
