They charge you 5 bucks for a delivery fee, and it takes them over an hour to have it delivered. Jimmy Johns can deliver in 20 min, and they're farther away from my place... They're really good cookies though, just wish it didn't take so long. No way I'm tipping if they're already charging a 5 dollar fee, and it takes them that long, geezers!

Have always had good experiences with Crumbl in other locations, but I am pretty disappointed with this crumbl today. I tried to send cookies to a family member, but they were never delivered. I received a text notification that the driver was on the way, but I never received any other communication after that. To make sure they were actually delivered, I called the store a couple hours later and was then told they could not be delivered and there should be a note on the door. But guess what, there was no note and no cookies. Meaning if I had not called the store to check we never would have known the cookies weren’t delivered, and I would have paid for a box and a tip for no service. Instead I have to tell my family member to go out of his way to the Crumbl store to pick up a new box later rather than them making it better by delivering new cookies. Pretty frustrating. I will be looking for other delivery options in Provo and avoiding this one going forward.

Crumbl Cookies is the upgraded version of Chip. Their flavors change weekly with a few consistent favorites. The cookies are always fresh and delicious! The carrot cake cookie with cream cheese frosting on top is my all-time favorite. Go enjoy the world's best cookies.

We visited for the first time today. Location looks new and had no wait. It is easy to get to right off the main road if you are heading west. If heading east Don't rely on Google. The cookies were delicious and fresh. The cashier was very kind. It is a great business model to get people to come back as there are 4 types of cookies each week that rotate to other flavors. They keep two as a standard from week to week, chocolate chip and the chilled sugar cookie. The other 4 flavors rotate weekly. Price is what you pay for craft or specialty pastries/treats. Loyalty program available through Square pay and texts on your phone. It is a walk up to the counter and order without seating or restroom. 4 stars for prices related to quality. Loved the cookies, but price will limit my frequency.

I've always loved Crumbl cookies and had all good experiences with this location, but I have to say the chilled pumpkin pie cookie you have right now is the best thing you've ever done. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend. I hope I see this again in the future!
