Honestly I used to love the Provo bakery. They had really good food. However they are getting away from making delicious food with even worse customer service. I decided I would give them one more chance because they used to be my favorite. I ordered some pumpkin sugar cookies that I used to get. They said they don’t make those but, they can do a special order. I said ok as long as you get my order right. I then go to get them they just put a face on the cookies they already had. (How is that a special order). Then no explanation on why it was so wrong, no attempts to rectify it. The worst customer service. I told them I want my money back and they gave it to me. I just want everyone to know what is going on.

By far the chocolate croissants are the best product. I just really wish the cinnamon rolls were good because I love cinnamon rolls, but unfortunately they are a travesty. I don't write this as a purposefully mean review, but hopefully as constructive criticism that will motivate the bakery to make better cinnamon rolls because I WILL buy them. Also please start selling baklava again, I will buy it I promise. Please. The donuts are good.

Provo Bakery is so cute. They have a wide variety of flavors, lots of unique pastries, and everything comes at a great price. I love how they’re constantly changing their selection. Apple cider donuts? Red velvet donuts? The best pumpkin bar I’ve ever had? This place is the BEST.

Some of, if not the best donuts in Utah County. The fritters are HUGE and so good. I love the fresh coconut donuts. They also make fun seasonal ones as well. The employees are always so kind and helpful. All around fantastic experience.

Very good donuts. Best I've had in Provo. Family of very picky eaters at home and they loved all of them. Donut holes and glazed are something special.
