The Loose Tooth Pediatric Dentistry

My 6 year old had a very hard time at the regular dentist and would not open her mouth. She was referred here and we had a completely different experience! The staff took her back without me and before I knew it her treatment was over. They were very kind to her and gave her time to calm down after numbing her for treatment. She is so excited to go back and cannot stop talking about how she was able to watch a movie, sit in a colorful room, and pick a fun prize at the end. They truly do a great job. I had no faith that anyone could manage my daughter until we came here!

The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The dental assistant explains everything planned for the day prior to treatment. When work is done the dentist goes over how and what was done. My kid was very comfortable in the chair and Dr Lee did an amazing job. The front desk staff is great when it comes to scheduling and billing. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I took my girls to this clinic for the first time because it has been highly recommended by a local Facebook group that I belong to. My appointment was at 8:00am and when we got there at 7:50am to my surprise all the staff was at the office and ready to go. Upon entering the building in between doors a staff member greats you and takes your temperature. Then, all the forms are done on a tablet that they give you. At the age of 3 they take your child back without you. A stuff member comes out to the waiting area to pick up your child and to explained what they are going to do and she asks you if you have any questions. I was very surprised that my 3 years old went in with my 10 years old which she had an appointment as well and both did great. Once they did the X- rays and fluoride treatment I was called to a private office to discuss the findings with the dentist. After that a staff member came in to discuss insurance, pricing and to schedule the next appointment. This clinic has a great touch for kids. The stuff are very professional and friendly. At the end of the visit we noticed that my girls names were written on a glass door where it said “Welcome New Patients” there was also another door that had the names of the continued patients for that day. The girls received a bag containing toothpaste, toothbrush, some prices and a photograph. I highly recommend this place if you are comfortable letting your peanut/s go in without you!nnThe only downside that I can speak of is that while I was waiting for my girls, one of the front desk staff was dealing with a very difficult costumer who wanted their invoiced printed out stating the billing details in an specific way. She tried to help the costumer the best she could and treated him with respect but once he left, oh boy! She went off on a tantrum. I guess she was just frustrated but everyone at the waiting room heard her complains. Not a good sight!

Very nice dental office. The office is always clean and they do a great job decorating the office. The wall paint colors are bright. Definitely not the boring dental places I've been to in the past. The receptionist are very friendly upon entering. The dental staff are also very nice. Explain what they are doing procedure wise and are great at answering questions. They have a fish tank with a couple of fish inside. There play room is currently closed due to the Covid. They have a TV tuned to cartoons for the kids. They have free coffee and water while you wait. There is plenty of parking spaces available. They are currently taking temperatures before entering the lobby which is good most places will let you just walk in until you hit the reception desk.

Dr. Moss and Victoria were amazing with my 4 year old who has sensory issues. They were patient and informative. The atmosphere was welcoming and kid friendly. The process went fast and smooth. They took the time to listen to my concerns and worked so well with him. I’m forever grateful that my sons first experience with the dentist went well! Looking forward to many years here!
