Got in line to order and the kid at the register had on a gaiter mask that kept falling down. He pulled it back up touching the inside and proceeded to help a customer without washing his hands first, it fell off again so he left it off the his time even while talking directly with two more customers. We left. It’s a pandemic, put a mask on. If you can’t be sanitary enough to do something simple as wear a mask during a pandemic, how sanitary is your food prep?
While the sandwich was delicious, the staff working just doesn't know their products at all. I ordered two sandwiches and both times I had to keep telling the staff what actually comes on the sandwiches. Just very disappointed
I love this Mikes (and the one in Orland). They seem to fill the sandwhiches like how they should be. but not the one off Volmer! Limoy like a subway sub. A+ to Frankfort Jersey Mikes.

Kelly is writing this review about two amazing employees I met at the Frankfort location !! Leslie and Terrance were the two I had making my sandwiches today .. no only was I greeted politely and with smiles they asked if I needed anything extra for my sandwiches since I couldn’t dine in . With these times being so trying and different it was very refreshing to meet two very kind and sweet individuals who completely turned my day way around to a great one!! Thanks to both of you , I will definitely return back to this location because of the both of you !!nSincerely humbled by your kindness ,nKelly ( with a Y and not an I ...
