I love staying here and that’s not easy for somebody like me. I have expectations when it comes to hotels . I want to feel like I’m home and country inn feels just like that. The decor the bed and shower are all nice. I never had a issue and the customer service is awesome. Highly recommend

Stayed here with my children for a weekend getaway to swim. The pool was dirty, When I requested towels(face towel, dry towel) I had to wait several hours after reminding staff 2 times. Then I was told “they were behind on laundry that’s what took so long”, the hotel was not really clean. Lastly Everyday the rules changed for my children to use the pool. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. My wedding party was suppose to stay here in August with a 10 room block, I will definitely be cancelling

We've stayed here a couple times just to get away for a weekend! It's very clean (lobby and each room we've been in), quiet and comfortable. Unfortunately the pool has limited capacity, but understandable due to COVID. Zach at the front is so helpful and quick to get us out room. It's really nice he recognized us, makes us feel so welcome!!

Excellent customer service Jeremy!!nI wanted to write this review regarding my customer service experience with Jeremy at the Country Inn Suite. He was highly professional and understanding and quick when accessing information regarding booking. I would like for the organization to know that as a customer, it is good to know you have great customer service employees which results to people returning to this location. Thanks again Jeremy!!

I have stayed there a few times before I made a review.. the first few times the it didn’t look like the sanitation was up to part but they soon showed me that they were. The beat part of the stay is the front desk staff mainly Cara she is just freaking amazing and the main reason we come and stay so much because she make you feel right at home and just bring sunshine to your day!! I must say if not for here we may not have even returned but she goes out of her way to make her guest feel like family !!! So may not be the best hotel in the world but definitely a home away from home feeling!!
