Not what we expected when staying in a Hilton hotel! Parts of the hotel are looking very dated. Example: the bathtub and drain stopper were corroded and rusty. The bathroom sink never put out any hot water. At least the bathtub had hot water, but even then it didn't last very long. Lighting in the bathroom was only fair, very difficult to see to put makeup on. No basic things like pen and paper were provided. No extra blankets or pillows available in the room, we had to request anything extra. No mention on the website that the pool and restaurant were closed. Overall a very disappointing stay for our family.
Stayed her for a wedding at a near by venue. WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN. Family from different rooms had to be moved from having blood stains on the bed sheets and an Eye Lash on the floor. The executive suite that the groom stayed in had tape all over the ceiling from what looked like stuff hanging for a party from previous guest. The hallways, lobby and even parking lot smelled like marijuana through the winter stay (2 nights). The counter where coffee was served in the morning had ants crawling around the creamer and sweetener. The walls were paper thin and you could clearly hear EVERYTHING in the room next to you. And the over all hotel had an unclean feel to it. With the pandemic, I understand some budget cuts may need to be made. But that shouldn’t mean that quality and experience should suffer. Sad to stay at a Hilton hotel and have this experience. I’ve stayed at smaller chained hotels with higher standards then this. If there is another hotel near by, stay there. This is not worth the money.
Great hotel with easy access from the highway. Room was clean and the front desk staff was incredibly polite - awesome customer service with a late night arrival! Would definitely recommend this location.
Booked my room and Sydney was wonderful and pleasant. I wish I had 100 Sydney's at my company. Very easy booking process and made sure I knew all the amenities
I absolutely LOVED my stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. Our room was spacious, clean, and a great home away from home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you!
