Have stayed at this hotel numerous times. The staff is always super friendly. I especially appreciate Jose who would always go out of his way to make sure I had what I needed and always greeted me with a smile and conversation. He's like a ray of sunshine!
Was great for are friends party as a merry place and just hang out. Was so accommodating we rebooked it again. It's a great central location for us coming from all over.
The people are really nice the room was good. Plug on one of the lights was bad. The water pressure in the shower was low. Otherwise it was very good. Worth the money.... Thanks to everyone....
Dirty,ripped towels and sheets,no toilet paper ans smells. Plus expensive. Would never go there again. Best Western is the way to go.
Hotel room was up to date but well worn. Bare spots /stains on carpet didnt look good. Had to contact front desk twice as we had no towels and our shower hadn't been cleaned. Remote had no back with corroded batteries and didn't work. Front desk lady addressed our issues immediately. This is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 2. Thanks.
