This is by for only of the best holiday Inn express we have stayed. Staffs are super friendly, the place is very clean, the room is clean and nice. Centrally located and not from down Chicago. Would definitely come back when visiting Chicago again.
The staff is amazing. My room was clean and the price was just right. The pool felt amazing and breakfast was hot and delicious... We will definitely be coming back soon
Stayed here twice one overnight the other 3 nights price is firm for the rooms, the guy at the Breakfast bar was amazing but the room i was given 1st was not cleaned well still dusty candy on the floor and even found someones pool towel still hanging in the closet used the pool 2 nights the same garbage from the first night was still there as well as the towels and used masks on the floor even the same t-shirt on the same chair the water looks acceptable but running a bit cold for it being headed they need to step up a little on the cleaning the staff at the front desk very nice and try to help.
I got a room here 01/05/2020. It seems pretty new, which is very nice. The room even smelled nice when I came in. My bed (king) was super comfortable. Everything was clean and the staff friendly. My only complaint is that they had not refilled the soap, shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower.
This place was amazing! They were located right down the street from my wedding venue. The manager and the one front desk lady. I feel bad for not getting her name, but they were SOOOOOOO AMAZING AND HELPFUL. My wedding and stay was EVERYTHING!!! 03/20/21
