Required to stand in line for ten minutes prior to entering, courtesy of an armed security guard. After entering and proceeding to the (locked) humidor, an employee stood over me (presumably so that I would not steal) without offering any assistance in selecting a cigar. No assistance offered elsewhere throughout the rest of the store, which was surprising given the number of employees working and the variety of items I ultimately purchased.
