Simply put... the $26 interior/exterior wash is FANTASTIC. The outside of my car still looks amazing after 1 week (I have a long work commute so this is impressive). As well, they did a GREAT job with the inside of my car. My car was... to put it kindly... filthy. 3 animals and went a LONG time without cleaning the inside and they did a great job!! Of course I tipped the gentleman but they didn't know that until after they cleaned it. Truly a great place! Will definitely be coming back.
Did not get the bugs off, $15 exterior wash.
I purchased a trial unlimited wash for the minivan, the car was clean, however, they didn't use the machine to wash the rugs, especially, it was a first wash after a winter. They charge you added amount for every little thing especially when the price of the wash is not cheap either. I cancelled my membership. Most often the hardest part that is dirty are the exterior and the rugs because of dirty traffic underneath your feet. Everyone knows that. According to the employee, they used to clean the rugs but to increase faster turnover and sales they don't allow the employees to run back to their machines in the back. Perhaps, they can move it outside under the canopy. That's why I gave them 3 stars. Correct the inefficiencies and you can get a loyal customer and 5 stars.
