Unbeatable customer service, carry more variety than any other local shops, fair prices, and overall great atmosphere. On top of that, it is obvious that their quality standards for their products and services are held to the highest degree. Won’t go anywhere else to repair/fit my watches. Kathy and her team are the real deal.
I had a pair of costume jewelry earrings of my mother's that I wanted made into posts instead of clip on. I read on FB how you can do it yourself. But these earrings had special meaning to them and I wanted it done correctly. Zembar Jewelers did a superb job. I wouldn't have done it the way they did it. AND that's why I'm so impressed with how Zembar Jewelers did the work. The earrings will be balanced and lay correctly on the ears. They will be worn with pride. I needed my wedding ring repaired and I was undecided on what I wanted done. Kathy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She explained my different options, which really helped me decide what I want to do. I would highly recommend Zembar Jewelers!
I was very happy with a necklace repair, until it broke today. Had a very small teardrop pearl on it, and it broke in the same place that I had it repaired. I dont think it was even 30 days. Regardless, when I'll bring back in soon. Kinda stinks
