I went with a friend who suggested we go for some late coffee & hot chocolate. It was around 8:30pm and I ordered an iced latte. The latte had very little ice which left it still warm. And there was no flavor of coffee or anything else it tasted like I was served a full cup of warm milk. If I wanted milk I’d just go to my home...

This place is magical as hell! The food is great, the customer service is amazeballs, and the pricing is incredibly fair. It is a well known fact that they have never made a mistake. Not even once. I dare you to prove me wrong, because you can't, and if you think you can, shut up. I'm going to eat nothing but Kneaders for the rest of my life, which is saying a lot since I also plan on never dying. I'd love to post a picture of my sandwich I got today, but I already ate it, so here is the next best thing: a picture of box it came in. Anyways, I digress. This location ROUTINELY runs out of menu items, replaces what you've ordered with other substitutions without telling you, and is filthy inside. I recommend you drive an extra 10 minutes to the other locations for a better experience. The cleanliness of the kitchen alone is reason enogh not to return. Also, the app is seriously in need of an update. Maybe take a lesson from Panera on how to do it right? Customer experience and satisfaction is low on the priority list here. Keep driving.

Bought 2 coffees, they didn’t provide napkins, stirring sticks, didn’t asked if we wanted sweetener or sugar ( they don’t have the station for one to put it in ) , and when we asked for brown ( raw) sugar the lady in front said they don’t give those; but then she asked the manager and he said: yeah of course... So we appreciate the manager but not the treat of the staff that thinks they are paying for what they are supposed to provide to the customers.

Some one I know told me about this place. ! To me all it is a big deal over hardly good taste. The bakery is nor good. Sorry .!
