My wife and I love this place. A lot of choices for good prices. Amanda helped us out and she was wonderful. She was able to point us in the right direction, and was extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend this place!

The purchasing and ordering of our 3 appliances was excellent, and was a very good experience. If that was the extent of our interaction from Lorenz, I would be rating them a 5. However when a missing part and additional assessory were ordered. It has been frustrating getting status from them. We call for status, they tell us they will look into it and call us back, and they don't. We still do don't know where our part and assessory are that we ordered 2 months ago. For that I rate them a 3.
