She used the scissors waaaay too much!! I've got chunks cut out of chunks!! And the back was only half shaved. A 5 minute trim took 25 minutes... Very ugly. I have little hairs sticking up all over my head from all the scissoring!! I should have not given it any stars!!!!!

The staff here is friendly and accommodating. The stylists seem to take great care of their work spaces.
