No one should leave a salon looking and feeling like I did. I went in for a full set of highlights. I had bleach on my hair for over an hour while the stylist had lunch. My hair was so over processed that it turned a gray color. They tried to fix it with toner but didn't really help. They told me they couldn't do anymore or my hair would break off. This should never happen in a professional salon!! I didn't go to a beauty school student, I went to a licensed professional. I am trying to call the district manager, but she hasn't returned my call. I have been going to this salon for years and never had such a horrible experience.

I have been going to them for 3 years now. My haircuts are great and we always have great conversations. Their professionalism as well as customer service are second to none!

Anthony did a really great job and was very helpful when reccomeneding products to use in my hair. I would definitely reccomend asking for him if you plan on coming here!
