Great club! First week opening and had Kim as a coach, she’s awesome and motivating!nnOnly thing is, I put the address in google maps and it took me to a residential area. It is near the jewel complex.
The manager at this location is so condescending and super rude. I called in to report an issue and she completely talked over me and did not listen to any concern I had. I called this morning and she didn’t return my call until 6 hours after I called. I am so shocked to see how Orange Theory employees treat consumers. When I asked her to provide a number to her superior, she refused. I will never do business with this company. Watch out.
First class of the grand opening and first 5am class for me ever. Loved it! Great staff and coach!
