Great Place! Everyone is super friendly, and very helpful! I’m about as awkward as they come, and all the ladies have been great getting me acclimated. Never thought I’d like group classes. Definitely join!!
This is by far my favorite gym! The classes are energetic and fun! You don’t feel like you’re working out, yet it’s the most intense workout I’ve done! Highly recommend trying it out!
