After reading the reviews on the yoga studio I was super eager to sign up for a class; The yoga studio is tucked away in the back of the gym and is nothing like a typical yoga studio. The room itself is very janitor's closet esk,,with a few Buddha statues and LED strip lights. The instructor seemed very knowledgeable and kind, but kept fiddling with her phone trying to get the music to work throughout the class. I want to assume that this room is under construction of some sorts since the reviews make it seem very different.nnAlso my main reason for 2/5 stars is due to the mask rule; Myself and another girl wore our mask the entire time but the instructor, who was walking around and guiding the class was not along with the other 4-6 people par taking in the class. Despite it being hot yoga, the room has zero ventilation and is not spacious enough to occupy 6-8 sweaty ppl(who are focused on breathing nonetheless) and still following the covid guidelines. I was immediately put off by the entire experience.

The Yoga Room is perfect for yoga lovers. They have the best and knowledgeable teachers coupled with a welcoming community that will make you feel at ease and comfortable.

I've been going to classes for a few months now and have loved them all. All of the instructors are amazing. The atmosphere is great, and I love the hot yoga sessions. There are a good variety of classes every day. They have a special where you can check it out for $5 for three weeks. I did that and haven't stopped going since.

I love the Yoga Room at Body Tech. There is variety in classes offered and plenty of teaching styles to find your perfect fit. If you enjoy a great sweat, try out the red level classes-the infrared heat is great! You're sure to find something you'll enjoy at The Yoga Room. Also, there is a great special, $5 for unlimited classes for 3 weeks; it's unbeatable! Come in and give it a try!

This studio has everything you can imagine. Not only is it an all Green , Infra Red heated studio with forced humidity system making it feel like you are in Costa Rica ~ the energy and atmosphere is fabulous. The Yoga Room is an uplifting and inspiring place to practice all kinds yoga! There are classes for any level student and the temperatures range from no heat to rainforest! There is kids yoga, specialty classes, personalized one on one training, functional anatomy training, yoga training for sports teams, yoga spa night once a month...there's so much that they offer you just have to come and visit! Plus, you can try The Yoga Room for FREE for 3 weeks! ~ Kristin
