The branch is Shorewood haven closed numerous times due to Covid. I get it...so, I went to the .branch in Napervile on Rt. 59 & 95th Street. I looked online & saw it was open until 2 on Saturday. Got there at 1:05 to be told they're closed. Your hours need to be updated on the website. Plus hours need to be extended at your locations to accommodate working people. Seems like it's time to search for other banking options
Can you change your bank schedule, why online your bank works on Sunday, but when I arrived you put paper schdule: on Sunday Closed. I lost my time. Terribly.
How does a bank expect anyone to want to bank with them when they are closed by the time you get there from work. No wonder why your failing in the banking industry. Only open to 5pm and to top it off Romeoville is the only actul bank branch around. Will be closing my account. Another thing why does it take days for a check to clear when its issured through the same bank.....

Some very rude bank teller's, not all just a few, did not expect that for the holidays coming. Not just the teller but this whole bank is the worse unorganized bank I have ever dealt with.
