Cons: They had run out of half their menu items when we went. It was Saturday around 5pm, and it was not busy whatsoever. I’m really confused why that was an issue. For a bakery, there was a distinct lack of baked goods available. The cashier that served us wasn’t friendly whatsoever.
Pros: the interior and exterior is very well designed. We ate in front of their cute little fire place. The Cobb salad I had didn’t look that promising but ended up being very filling and very yummy.
Always love their bakery goodies.
Love Shirley’s but had so much trouble ordering holiday dinner rolls today. Was on hold for over 25 minutes, finally hung up and started the entire process again was waiting 10 minutes and found out that they are extremely under staffed, the young man that assisted me was kind but extremely frustrated that he could not help more people at a faster pace. He was definitely doing a fantastic job but Shirley’s you need to do your part and hire more people, waiting more than 5_7 minutes is way too long.
Losses orders often, and doesn't have good internal information. Could train staff better on how to handle things when something goes wrong.....
Fantastic food with fabulous texture! Comfortable atmosphere in store. Fun variety.
Picked up some sandwich/burger buns today. A bit on the large side for a burger, but super soft and tasty. Also, don't forget to pick up a box of raspberry cream cheese rolls on your next visit. Absolutely delicious and addicting.
