I've been trying to open two business accounts for a month and I've been getting the run around. THREE of my appointments were given away after I arrived. Staff isn't properly trained on how to even opened them. I would have rather them tell me that I need to go to another branch instead of giving me the run around and wasting my time. I'm highly disappointment in the lack of customer and professionalism. I will never partronize them again.
