I asked for a large cold brew. I was almost given a medium. The nice lady at the front corrected them and they went to get a new one. As they are back I see them pour the medium into the large cup and add ice for it to look like it’s full. I take 3 sips and the drink is completely gone and the cup is full of ice.
One of my favorite dunkin donuts around..they messed up my donut order this time but gave me the ones i wasn't supposed to get for free! So 5 donuts and a coffee is a great deal..coffee was great too.
Great stop worker generally fast and the line in drive thru although long does move pretty fast...courteous workers.
We ordered from dunkin for 1 month every Saturday and every order they messed up. The first week they forgot every donut. The second week they forgot every donut. The third time they forgot every donut but we went back. And today they only got one when there’s supposed to be two. This is really ticking me off. I can never have a nice breakfast. I’m always stressing because I don’t get my full order. It’s so disappointing and embarrassing
The employees are always very nice and the smell and prices are really good
