Very kind employees and well prepared drinks + food. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 only because it takes a long time, pretty much every time.

My order is never right when I go through in the mornings. Last time its missing donuts (which were listed on the receipt.) And then today I ordered a hot caramel latte and get an iced coffee.

Honestly, I enjoy going to this location a lot. The workers seem happy, are always polite, and always complete my order quickly. Haven't had a bad experience. :)

I was ordering my coffee when I looked around and I realized I just saw something purple outside the window going down the block. Certain it was my mind playing tricks on me, kind of like the awesome song by Geto Boys, I hurried outside to see if I could catch another glimpse. It turns out the grimace escaped again, probably hanging out with his little buddy the Hamburglar.

My visit to this Dunkin’ was interesting. I originally went in for coffee and saw my favorite flavor of ice cream. So I ordered an extra large hot coffee with 7 creams and 4 sugar & a pint of cotton candy ice cream. The cashier was pleasant but wasn’t educated on the products. In other words, she was discombobulated. She didn’t know what a pint was and mistook it for a quart. She also didn’t know how to ring it up and instead offered me a “pint from the freezer”. Dunkin’ doesn’t sell pints in the freezer... Then she attempted to put double scoop tops on pint cups. The other staff were not working in sync and all over the place. There was enough staff but they weren’t working together. I think my experience would’ve been better if the staff was more educated on basic math and their products and if everyone was working together.nn-But she did pack my ice cream!!
