For the second time they got my pickup order wrong. Customized my salad asking for no nuts, got my order home to find nuts all over the top and no chicken. Receipt showed the order correctly. What a disappointment.
Put in a rapid pickup order at 6:50 for pickup at 7:05. Arrived at 7:10 with email confirmation at 6:59 my order was ready for pickup. Come to find out they'll print the order request but not fulfill it. Only four other customers in the store came within a 20 minute period and about 4 bakers / one cashier so I know they're not busy. When asked where my order was the lady seemed snarky like i was in the wrong about my order being ready.

Made an online order for delivery and when it arrived it was missing an item. Well I called them about it I was told I would have to pick it up. If I wanted to pick it up I wouldn't have had it delivered. I was then told there was nothing they could do because they didn't have a delivery driver they were using door dash. I don't see how that's my problem. They wouldn't issue my a refund for the missing item because they would have to get the food back and refund the whole order so instead they emailed me a lousy voucher. Horrible customer service and they just lost me as a customer.
