I really enjoyed our experience. My husband and I really needed some help and we benefited from the expertise of our salesperson, John Peters.nnJohn was able to answer our questions, and asked us directly what we wanted. He was honest and helped make some tough decisions between various possible hot tubs. He also worked with us to get the best price possible, which was considerably lower than the price tag due to us being able to not needing to finance the hot tub and we are able to pay up front.nnHe was very personable, knowledgeable about his products and was also able to share common sense logic in helping us decide on the perfect hot tub for our needs.
Jason is just an amazing person! He is professional, thorough, knowledgeable and simply the best! I sure hope you realize how blessed you are to have him. We have been purchasing things from Great Escape for years. We recently moved to Indiana but we still came back to Illinois to purchase our next pool at the Great Escape because of Jason.
I have to say I really dreaded shopping for our replacement pool, but I was very happy with the help from the friendly and knowledgeable staff at the Great Escape in Orland Park, who patiently answered every one of our many questions, thank you Jason! The speed and ease of the whole process, turned a chore into quite a pleasant experience! The best part is I absolutely feel like I received the best value for my money, and who doesn’t like that?nIf you’re in the market for a pool, I can honestly say from my past experience, that I would definitely recommend The Great Escape!
So far my experience with Great Escape is GREAT. Ha! The salesman was very knowledgeable about everything, helped to save me some money, explained everything and has been available since my purchase to answer questions. However, I can't give a full honest review until the pool is installed and I see how everything goes then. So, to be continued!
To be honest, we were gonna give our business to American Sales. But, when we got there, it was 30 minutes to closing, and the sales people acted like they didn't see us. That's when we went to The Great Escape, and received the service we deserve. Very helpful and friendly staff. Going to recommend to everyone.
