Matt Philbin's crew just completed installing a new skylight in our 16 year old kitchen and we're delighted.nThis is our second project with Philbin Construction and highly recommend Matt and his crews.nThe skylight opening is perfectly centered over an existing island, providing tons of light to an otherwise dark area. The effect is excellent: exactly as we expected.nThe skylight has experienced a downpour and a light snow without a drip.nnPhilbin's crew - John and Chris - are conscientious craftsmen - involving us in all of the decisions and worked diligently to finish the project. The project was completed on time and within the cost estimate.nCould not have asked for a better team.

We have dealt with Philbin Construction & Remodeling since 1990. Met Jack at a home show. He and his nephew Matt over the years have added a kitchen skylight & an exhaust fan in the master bathroom, new windows in our basement/living & dining rooms, new outer doors & sidelight, new screen doors, removed paneling & added 2 new windows in our family room, new siding and had exteriors of wood windows aluminum wrapped, installed a composite deck and added some fencing to create separate areas for our greyhounds and the fosters. Also have used their services as handyman to secure a light fixture in my Mom’s flexicore ceiling at her condo and replaced a garbage disposal. If there was ever any problem or question, I call Jack or Matt first and the situation always gets resolved quickly and happily. Their contracts are written in detail so there’s no question as to what/how the project will be staged, etc. Clean-up is never an issue with Philbin’s work crew. We have been thoroughly pleased with their work and the products they offer/use. We plan on using Philbin in the future as I will not use anyone else.nnMartha & John Ward
