Amazing job! I’ve been wanting new carpet for a few years and finally decided to do it. Found Creative Carpet and all of the positive reviews. Went in on a Saturday afternoon and talked to Brian and he was at my house on Monday taking measurements. 2 weeks later I have new carpet! The quality is awesome and I love walking barefoot on it. The installers were super polite and careful with everything as well. Definitely would recommend to others.
We met with Michelle at Creative carpet and flooring and had a great experience from out initial meeting through installation. We were looking for new carpet for our loft, bedrooms and hall. Michelle was able to guide us through the process, knowing which carpets may be best for our needs, budget, style etc. There were no surprises, all appointments went smooth and their methods of communication made me feel very at ease. The at home measurement and installation went great too. All courteous and knowledgeable professionals. We preferred to give our business to a small, local company opposed to a big box store. Creative Carpet & Flooring prices were cheaper than the box store and I received service that was above and beyond my expectations.
We went to the Highland store and were welcomed as soon as we walked into the store. Autumn Sibo helped us through the whole experience. We were never once pressured to go with a more expensive brand. She listened to our home needs and concerns like if the pets got sick on the new carpet and she explained certain carpet is harder to get sickness out of. She was very thorough on how the whole process worked and the different types of carpet and padding. Ordering samples was quick and easy. We received them in the mail quickly. She then told us who was going to call and set up an installation time. We were contacted accordingly and the installers came out within a week and a half and they were respectful of our home. They wore booties and rolled out a rug where they walked. They were courteous and efficient. They also cleaned up after themselves thoroughly. We are very pleased with the whole process. We couldn't be happier with the whole carpet experience .nFrom the minute we walked in the showroom in Frankfort we were greeted by Cody . He showed us several samples in which we also took home . He worked with us on the price against other estimates that we got.nThe installation was GREAT. Oscar and his partner did an outstanding job of moving our furniture , especially 2 large cabinets, which could not be removed from the room. After finishing the job, the vacuuming and clean up was Great. They took all the excess carpet with them and even helped up move all the furniture back in place.nCould not be happier, Thank you Creative Carpet for a job well done.nBob & Linda HorschnPS Also thanks for the Lottery ticket. I want to express my appreciation for the excellent service I received from Steve, flooring consultant, and Mark Bouquet, They were very courteous and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the product and installation. My new flooring is beautiful.
