Dan, our sales person was great...very personable and super happy to help and move as many mattresses as we wanted to try out! Dan was great to work with! I had a mattress in mind when we got there but after further discussion, Dan helped my husband & I choose a better mattress based on our sleeping positions. Dan is very knowledgeable and will do everything he can to help you find the best mattress. I will definitely see him next time we need a mattress and will recommend him to everyone I know!!
If you need a mattress, this is the place to go! They have GREAT customer servive and GREAT prices. We were greeted by Darrin, he was very friendly and informitive. He really listened to what we were looking for in a mattress and really worked within our budget. He didn't try and push you into something you were not interested in. He was very patient and never pushy as some salesman can be. I highly recommend this store.
Went to the Frankfort store today because we were lied to from Ashley Furniture. Daniel helped us and was the nicest, most knowledgeable person. We had to pick up our bed from the warehouse as we needed it today and he went through all the hoops necessary to get the warehouse to confirm our order was available and ready for pick up. Once at the warehouse the ladies in the pickup center were friendly and helpful. We picked up our items and had help loading them into our truck by the warehouse guys. What started out as a miserable experience with Ashley Furniture turned into an awesome experience with Mattress Firm. Do not buy a bed from Ashley Furniture, go see Daniel at Mattress Firm in Frankfort. You won’t regret it!
Daniel was very helpful and assisting my husband and I find the perfect mattress. He was knowledgeable about all the options and spent time explaining everything and answering my questions. The delivery time was quick and we had our new mattress within a week. Everything went great with the delivery as they were on time and efficient. The store was sanitized and provided hand sanitizer and covers if we wanted to test out the mattresses. The delivery service was respectful of all COVID restrictions as they entered my home. They were on time and efficient in their set up. After waiting around almost 4 months for my son's mattress from another company, I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing from Mattress Firm. If you're looking to talk to someone who is knowledgeable on all your options, go see Daniel in Frankfort!
