Our experience with Dr. Blake was very professional, informative, and friendly. We brought our four month old to check out a birthmark and Dr. Blake kept our little guy smiling the entire time. We left feeling taken care of, prepared for any red flags we should be on the watch for. Thank you for the great experience!

Very nice staff and doctor. Very efficient and professional. I did not get stuck waiting forever. This operation is so professional and kind. They set the bar with how patients should be treated.

New patient to this practice. It was one of the most organized, on-time experience I have had. The staff was friendly and Dr. Blake was extremely thorough and made the entire skin screening appointment a very good experience. He maintained as much of my modesty as he could, always letting me know what he was doing. I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Blake!

Very good ud83dudc4d+++A . Had 3 spots removed by the Dr. very pleased. Doctor has Northwestern Medical School education and the ability to perform flawlessly! What more can a patient ask for!!?? Highly recommended. Cannot ask for a better more educated Dr. In preventative care!!!!
