Dr. Casey and the entire team at Associated Orthodontists are wonderful! They are patient, compassionate, and fun! They immediately put my son at ease and he actually looks forward to his appointments.

As always, the service provided is professional, friendly staff, you’re treated like family. I recommended my niece and some friends to Dr. Cortopozi. His level of care is top notch. I will definitely miss everyone at the Frankfort location.

In the beginning, we were impressed overall with the office and staff. Let me start by saying that the staff has always been friendly and helpful. If we had to do over, we would have picked a Doctor with a smaller practice. This one feels a bit like a cattle herd. The kids are pushed in and out with very little explanation, rarely speak to the doctor, and rarely see do you see the same person twice. My son was due to have his braces off when the pandemic hit. So his appt was canceled and we were told we would be contacted when they were seeing patients again- totally understandable. By the end of May, I had to call and inquire. He was then scheduled. I am certain that he was forgotten about. They service so many people that I’m not surprised. Two days later, I get a voicemail that they need to push out his appointment to the next week. We even offered to bring him to the office out of town just to be seen sooner because otherwise we would have had to wait another month. Mind you- he was due to start the removal process back in March. Once arriving to the appointment (which is typically pretty quick), it was a 2 1/2 hour appt. parents are not allowed to enter the building.nHindsight, we would have chosen a different orthodontist office- this one is just too large. My son got lost in the shuffle.
