VERY friendly. I don't know how they are if your car does NOT come out clean the 1st time. I mean since the basic wash is so cheap any way & usually gets the job done. I don't know if they would make you pay again?UPDATE: I found out if your car does not come out clean, you DO have to pay again! No free mat washing machines or use of towels & cleaners like Sparkle Express Carwash/Joliet IL.
Super quick, try to avoid rush hours. Go early, go often. Very good interior detailing.
Paid 250 dollars for a interior detail. Took about 3 hrs and when I got car back everything was wet, soaked, mats were actually dripping wet, took more than 3 days to dry out, service lady was very short mannered and cold to talk to. Several corners and cubbies not cleaned good at all, very disappointed with this facility. For 250 dollars plus a 40 dollar tip I would expect a far more professional team and service. Last time any of my vehicles and or family will be goumt to this place. Complete rip off financially and service.
a bit of a mixed bag. i’ve been here countless times for the $3 car wash and it’s a great car wash. but i’ve also spent $50 on a detail and the technicians missed so many spots. when they told me my car was ready i looked it over and they totally skipped cleaning the cup holders and around the shifter, also the rims were not clean. so i told them to go back to those spots and they did. but they also used this really oily liquid on all the surfaces which i guess is supposed to give off a “clean feeling”??? but everything from the shifter to the door handles and the seat belt release were just so oily and it is very very frustrating. 4 months later and my door handles are still oily. don’t go here for a detail, go for the $3 wash. not to mention, IT TOOK 2-½ HOURS!!!
This is one of the best car washes I have been to. Very nice waiting area. They have a small area for kids to be occupied and a coffee maker for your waiting experience. The retailers are courteous and thorough.
