I signed up for overdraft protection and was under the impression that there would be no more overdraft fees with this program. However, I learned today that this program still charges an $8 fee (and the other option is $35)! Why would Marquette even make it an option for people to pay $35 when anyone is eligible to pay $8? It seems very greedy.nnThis is very annoying because it was my first overdraft and was given no flexibility or notification. I was not able to transfer money from my savings account to my checking account by myself which would have been free.nnPlease adopt a more flexible overdraft policy where I am notified before I am charged, so I have the opportunity to transfer my money for free.
Love this location. The staff is amazing and go above and beyond.
