Our favorite Panera soup is cream of chicken wild rice. Order for our office today and received free delivery. Cream of chicken wild rice soups were diluted to broth with rice when they are usually thick. I called to speak with the manager to find out if the recipe was changed by corporate in anyway. I was told no and offered a cup of soup in replacement for which I should drive out to get. Original order was delivered. I am working and cannot drive out to get the soup. If the soup will be the same why would I want that in return. Not sure why Panera allows its restaurants to dilute the soup if even to make it go farther. Just say you are out of it. We order for our staff meetings all the time and will no longer be doing so.

I placed an online order that was ready for pick up at 8:35. My order was not correct. I had to call the store 3 times to get someone to answer the phone even though it was before their closing time at 9 pm. When I finally got a manager (Crystal) on the phone, she was not only rude, but unwilling to replace my dinner that I had been calling about for 10 minutes before the store closed. I was upset about not having my dinner and was just going to deal with it the next day. Then, she called me Felicia when she was trying to hang up. When I called the next morning, that manager did not seem too concerned that I was treated rudely. Hopefully, I can get my money back for my missing food and just not eat at this Panera again.

Quick service. Food quality consistent with other Panera. Limited indoor dining. Online ordering and pick up also.

A basic coffee shop with decent coffee along with some food options; a bit on the pricey side compared to DD. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. Quiet atmosphere is appreciated.

I have been very fond of Panera during these difficult times.nThey are scrupulous about following the rules to keep all of us safe. Plus their food is still fresh and delicious.nI like spending my money at establishments which follow the rules. Scrumptiously!
