I come here alot I like it. Most of the time its good. But just depends on who's working been like 3 or 4 times now that I cold coffee. And once I had some black plastic inside my coffee. And twice I was told I didn't order something off the app even though the app said I did they would give half the order. And sometimes if I order a bagle they give the flat bread. Besides all that I like the place. Just sucks getting cold coffee.
Sometimes people make mistakes on drive-thru orders. Not this time, these cheap POS just decided to this was a good idea. If they just said they ran out of cream cheese or offered something else that would have been perfectly OK. Instead this is what they gave me knowing fully I would have already left. For that, you will get one starts on multiple sights and you just lost a customer. It's not about the cream cheese, it is about how ignorant they were.
The lines are never long, and I am in qnd out within 3 minutes tops. These dunkin drive through are pretty great.
Here's the secret... Get your coffee with toasted almond. You're welcome.
