I love the food here! I especially like the jumbo shrimp! We have had their catfish and their cod, too! Both were delicious. If you like cheesy fries, you will love these. I don’t mind the wait, because my food is still piping hot as I enjoy it in Krape Park! Could you say that about fast food elsewhere?

Customer service is decent, food timing can be better, when they are busy food takes long then their “15” min wait time, they always try to make up for any inconvenience to customers though. Love the people who work there !

I love their food but their service is by far the worst service I've ever encountered. To be honest I'm still sitting outside, on hold, waiting for my food. On hold is apparently putting the phone down and listening to them mess around. I won't be back.
