Absolutely the worst. Go extra early because they like to close early
After seeing the chaos in Rockford I would much rather go to Freeport. The employees here are professional and thorough. They are also very helpful. No more Rockford for me. ud83dudc4d
What a mess at Freeport facility. All we want is sticker for plate & 10 minutes after opening 30 cars already waiting. New policy # Order for everything. So if you just want a sticker you have to wait for driver test people also. Typical Illinois state.
They say they open at 7:30 on Saturdays but two Saturdays in a row I have shown up at least 10 minutes before they open so I’m in and out right away but there is never any cars here and I have sat both times 20 minutes after they were supposed to open and still no cars, no lights on.... very irritated I will be taking myself somewhere else from now on. Mind you both times I have come on a Saturday there was no holiday that week or the following week..
Very pleasant personal. Very friendly and helpful. Was nervous about test and they put me at ease. Don't where the neg. reviews come from?
