We had used them before and had a nice experience. When we wanted to redo the flooring in our house, we tried them again. The second time around was a disaster! Products took a long time to come in, we received the wrong products, staff then was not easy to work with regarding the mistake made by them. Afterwards we were charged for products we did not receive. Save yourself the time, money, and headache and go somewhere else!

Ordered vinyl luxury planking for my entire house. Love the floor. Everyone in the store is so friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back there.
