They've reopened after closing for a while due to covid19. So glad to have my pretzel bites back!
Usually the service is excellent, but today I guess they were too busy. I love their pretzel bites with cheese and they didnt ask me today. I thought they came together but when I asked the girl they said its 81 cents more. I dont mind the price, but I was frustrated because the line was huge and they didnt ask me when I was paying for the food to begin with, so I just walked away instead of waiting in the line for just a cheese sauce. Another thing, I found a hair in one of the pretzels.
Asked for Cinnamon bites, cashier repeated the order and still gave us salted bites, when we told her that we wanted cinnamon she asked if we minded them salty because she didn't want to change the cup, we told her no so she made a show of disposing the cup, made the order again and slammed it on the counter. No "thanks" or "come again" from the cashier, when I said "thank you" she turned around and walked away!! Awful service.
